Desk Team & Client Care Specialist
We are looking for friendly part-time front desk staff for our wonderful Mindful Movement fam!
New CC Specialist must be a friendly, reliable and energetic. Excellent customer service and people skills are an absolute must for this position as you will be the first person most clients interact with when they visit our studio. We are known for being genuinely friendly, so that is what we are looking to hire! Sales experience would be appreciated, but we can train the right person.
Position duties entail:
opening or closing the studio
scheduling and managing bookings for clients
answering phone calls
greeting/checking in clients
sales of packages and memberships
light housekeeping of the studio to maintain a clean, friendly environment
must be available weekends
